AOSG conducts searches for associate consultants at top-tier colleges and universities around the globe. Each summer, we also hire associate consultant interns from the pool of college students who have typically just completed their third year.
Recruits from top graduate schools make up the new class of consultants each year. These professionals include MBAs and other graduates with advanced degrees (JD, MD, PhD). In addition, we consider first-year MBAs from top business schools for our summer associate program.
Finally, we are always looking for talented experienced professionals, especially those with successful business or consulting experience. Experienced hires join at different levels depending on their experience.
